Kaslo Gardens is an eighty-five unit housing co-operative located between Kaslo and Slocan Streets on Grandview Highway in East Vancouver. It is located near two elementary schools, a secondary school, city parks, community and cultural centres, shopping, buses, Skytrain and the downtown core.

Our co-operative consists of one, two and three bedroom garden homes, as well as three and four bedroom townhomes.There is secured on-site parking, children's play areas and a community building housing a reception hall, meeting rooms, office space and common laundry facilities.

Kaslo Gardens Housing Co-operative is maintained through the participation of all members. There are several different committees to participate in that range from the Board of Directors to Maintenence. A minimum of four hours per month of active service is mandatory.

We are now accepting applications for Market 2, 3 & 4 bedrooms. At this time our waitlists are closed for all Subsidy applications and for Market 1 bedroom. Thank you for your interest.
